Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your health plan's communication preferences and your engagement with retention programs. You may receive:

  • Up to 4-6 messages per month for routine member engagement

  • Additional messages during open enrollment periods or for time-sensitive health reminders

  • Urgent notifications as needed for critical plan updates

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. Carelytics LLC does not charge for text messages, but your carrier may apply standard SMS/MMS charges. Please check with your mobile service provider for details about your messaging plan.

How to Opt-Out

You may opt-out of receiving text messages at any time at no cost. To stop receiving messages:

  • Reply STOP: Text the word "STOP" to any message you receive from Carelytics or your health plan

  • Reply UNSUBSCRIBE: Text "UNSUBSCRIBE" to opt-out

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and then no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.
